Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to serve as a company's first point of contact at the front desk for potential clients, employees & visitors.
    • Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates/ employees/ respective H.O.D’s by using EPBX system appropriately, email distribution, flow of correspondence if any, requisition of supplies, keeping a track of stationary & inward & outward couriers.
    • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories/ visitor books.


Key Qualifications:

    • Any Graduate / Undergrad
    • 1 -2 years’ experience in managing front desk activities


Candidate Profile:

    • Should be well versed with MS office
