Sr.Executive Sourcing

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Understanding client requirements
    • Screening,shortlisting of candidates through various sources such as Job portals, references, database, headhunting & social networking considering the job description given.
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate & client relationships during the selection process.
    • Post selection, collect necessary documents from candidates
    • Client co ordination for offer roll out of selected candidates.
    • Ensure offer acceptance from candidate
    • Follow up with candidates till they join
    • Post joining, raising the cliet invoice & ensure client payment within stipulated time.

 

Key Qualifications:

    • PG/ MBA
    • 2-4 years’ experience in Portal recruitment.

 

Candidate Profile:

    • Good communication skills
    • Good knowledge about Portal REcruitment & Social networking
